Mileage System - Scarface~ - 13.09.2010

Anyone got any ideas how to make this ? Like every 3mins if the car has Gas + Has a driver in it the miles will go up, my miles are represented as 'cMiles' the full code is CarInfo[playerid][cMiles], i know i have to do this with a timer if the player is in the vehicle but i dont have a clue
