Security Issues - SeQualX - 13.09.2010

Well just like this we had an "atack" while i was gone some ppl entered to my server and maked themselves admin accounts i dont know how, also the stopped the server, im using 0.3a Version someone has an idea about this?

They probably have access to the control panel your server uses. Tried changing passwords for it?

How did they get acces to the CP o.o and i didnt changed it...

It may also be the fact that there are backdoors in your script and the person only sold/gave you the AMX (If you payed for your script). If this is the matter I suggest you change game modes.

i didnt modified myself our GM and how do they could up a backdoor?

If you bought the script of someone and didn't look through it, there may be some hidden command or a set of actions to perform (which only the orginal scripter knows) that'll make that person admin.

No i didnt pay for the script, and i checked for hiding commands and theres nothing about it...

sry for the double post but how they could stopped the server? i'm think how they could do that, theres any .exe or something like that? i can explain myself how did happend...
