How to use the bind function, to create the custom ip ?
The does't work: ( in server.cfg ) bind nmss

You don't create a custom IP with that.
It is a function, mostly used by server-hosts to automatically bind your server to a specific port / IP on their servers.
There's no point for you to use It. It does not do what you think It does.

- bind - Force the server to use a specific IP on a server. This IP must match one assigned to a network card on the server. This is useful for running multiple servers on the same port on the same box.
