server cant connect - killanator10 - 09.09.2010

hi my name is [Nuclear]Dee aka killanator10 i made a freeroa server i got alot of people coming on different times which i like but when i want to go on my server it says retriving info which i dont get but theres people in my server!!!!!..........also sometimes when i dont see it on my computer it just pops up then i can go on this i get disconnected PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
