I port foward my ports now my server is online but isent there ani way to leave my server on without leaven the dedicated server.exe and my pc on

Yea. You need to keep your computer 24/7 online. And your samp-server.exe will often crash. I recommend you buying a host from proffesional hosting company.

Free Hosting? I never saw that and they will probably steal your game mode and your server won't be 24/7 online.

If you have a good bandwith, buy an old pentium 3/pentium 4, add some casefans and smoke detector (you'l never know), and host it on that pc 24/7
