Server Crashes without reason - Evoturk - 08.09.2010

Hi. My server crashing without reason. Server look open but players cant connect server. Server look has 12 player.
I opened server_log.txt and last event: " [07:30:21] BAD RCON ATTEMPT BY: 188.3.170.28 " and no players connected server with this ip. Is this hacking? Help me please
