hey i wanna know if is ilegal to do sa-mp servers winning money, because i wanna put my server online but it has a vip system, that u pay for me and i give more things in game, so is it ilegal?

No, that is called a "Donation System" it isn't illegal, but you don't 'win' money. When someone gives you money, they're donating and since you said you had a "VIP" system, you can give them extra things in-game for it if you wish.
