I have seen in some servers a vehicle system particular, in dialog.
a player can have all the vehicles that will
Example:
Sistem concessionaire
/imageshack/img821/5799/samp022uz.png
/imageshack/img130/82/samp023w.png

and /vmenu command

/imageshack/img704/7950/samp024i.png
/imageshack/img138/923/samp025p.png

know to create a similar system?

Create your own, and don't try to steal others ideas.

On topic:

You would need to use Dini and make Dailogs configure into writing and saving documents in Dini. It's not going to be easy if your a beginning scripter, infact you should probably try something else first
