Advertising,Inviting Friends,Unique Features but the main thing is NOT TO SPAM because this would just get your self enemies which would crash,break or even close your server.

If you build it, They will come! (Script it yourself, put quite a bit of work into it, build up hype around it and find people who enjoy what you are creating and don't host it on an Hamachi server online 5 hours a day)
