Okay if the on foot NPC does not move do it need to be rerecorded?

It doesn't say anything of having to record all .3b npcs

Any body know for sure because i have had like 5 people tell me as long as they do not move you do not have to.

You dont have to record, just connect them and OnPlayerSpawn set pos/int/vw for 'em
to recognize each NPC, set pos by NPC names
