when "Ban(playerid)" is used in the script in the and is baned where does that data get stored?

In your main server directory there should be a bans file.

yes ive see it and then i cleared it all and it still bans me??

Did you restart the server? When you delete a line (The banned person) you need to re-load the sa-mp.ban file or restart the server.

Well if you can get in game then login to RCON and type /rcon reloadbans (I think it is).

Or close out the server and start it again.

Just type reloadbans in the server window ..
