hmmmmk

lets say we did a command

which only worked in cars with one certain player in

so lets say you entered a infernus

the driver was called: pencil

and you typed summet like /hotdog and only if the car and the driver matched, that command would work,

and maybe a message for the driver, such as

your passenger typed /hotdog
