Hy,how i can disable to player can't see under object

I Need to disable this!

You can't. Some objects only have one side, meaning you can see through it on the other side. You have to either find one with both sides, or place another object under it, facing the right way.

You have put it too far into the ocean, you need to bring it closer to land.

And to make the midostream file smaller, you need to shorten the MAX_OBJECTS inside the script.
