Where is rcon for 0.3b R2? - Tenshi - 26.08.2010

Where is rcon for 0.3b R2?
I am using Popz rcon GUI but its a little annoying having to put IP and port manually and other things.

any help?

You could also make a shortcut to cmd.exe and edit the target to include the IP port and password right? Would be much quicker.
