My Game Freezes Every Few Minutes - snipe209 - 26.08.2010

Hey every one. When i play SAMP every few minutes my games freezes for a few seconds and then unfreezes. I have played the game before in the past on this same computer and it has never done this before. I have been permabanned from servers because they thought i had a health hack. Can some one plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I have already reinstalled it and its still doing the same thing. I have no idea whats going on. Could it be something with my graphic setting because i think my friend changed them a little bit.

Its freezes for a few seconds when I'm playing the story mode also. Online or offline
