Well i want to make a MySQL admin system and i dont know any MySQL plugins that work with 0.3b,
So if someone could tell me how to make current MySQL plugins to work on 0.3b or tell me one that already works,

You must not be doing something correctly... Have you added "plugins mysql" to your 'server.cfg' file?
