Logging into RCON on 0.3b - Sky4D - 25.08.2010

How do I do it?
(Not the IG RCON, like you used to be able to do via the client. (rcon.exe))

FIXED->

Start -> Run -> 'cmd'

cd C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\ -> 'rcon IP Port Password'
