RP Server - Nonameman - 25.08.2010

Hey all!

I want to create a RP server, but I haven't created something like this before, so I don't know how to start it. It's may a stupid question, but can someone write me down what things I need to create at the start of it, and how to build it up?

*Saving System (I suggest Djson or MySql)
*Factions
*Basic Rp Commands like /me /do /shout
