Ive got some samp ideas, when i got more ill place them here.

OnPlayerTouchPlayer(playerid);
The name says it. If an player touches another players it does something.

CarLightActive(vehicleid, true/false);
Turn carlights on and off
True = Carlight On
False = Carlight Off

AddPlayerBleed(playerid, Howmuch bleed);
Let an player bleeding and howmuch bleed

RemovePlayerBleed(playerid);
Removes player bleeding

GetPlayerBleed(playerid);
Gets howmuch player is bleeding

ShowPlayerImage(playerid,URL); - get a photo from ****** or summin then on a cmd it shows#
DestroyPlayerImage(playerid,URL); - destroy it..
