i downgrade my vista to xp professional 3 and after i got gta sa + samp but every time i connect it shows this

Reinstall SAMP client and if is then still not working then reinstall your GTA-SA !

Try reinstalling.
Try getting a new d3d9.dll
Try reinstalling SAMP client with latest versions.
If Vista,7 Run as administrator or Compatibility mode.
Use the downgrader.
Delete gta_sa.set in Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files

no worry -_-, my cousin had a hacked window 7 cd so i download and it works
, it didnt work on xp because the graphic sux and it was impossible to update it
