You would need to get coords on leave then set them when they connect.

You need some file system which save and load player stats OnConnect/Disconnect.
Take some time to see tutorials about file saving.

OK i am make it,now i have problem 2 where to remove all car in City (All civilian not gang car jast CIV Car?)

You'll have to check everyone of the AddStaticVehicle's. If you're using a pre-made Game mode then probably it's written on the comment line ('//') after the AddStaticVehicle.
