[0.3b R2] AllowPlayerTeleport bug after GMX - Littl3j0hNy - 24.08.2010

Hi,
I think there is a bug with AllowPlayerTeleport if you restart your Server with the Rcon command GMX.
After the Server is restarted no one can use the Map-Teleport.

I have tested it with the Filterscript fsdebug.
