Crashes - mansenFTW - 24.08.2010

Heya <3 I downloaded SA-MP 0.3b for some days ago and it crashes every 2-10 mins.. ? It doesnt get ''Error'' message, but the game stops at a place and stands in the same picture for ever. When I opens task manager it tells my that GTA Sa-Mp doesn't responds. Can someone fix this problem, because before Sa-Mp 0.3b came out it said ''The Crashes was fixed'', Well.. This is even worse..
