0.3b R2 DeathBug - Daniele_Pelle - 24.08.2010

Hi people, im using the 0.3b R2. When i die i see that http://www.xfire.com/video/345dd2/
before I had the 0.3a, and everything worked properly

when I jump out of a helicopter, with parachute,
I won't get the 'fly in air with parachute animation' anymore, but I just fall down...

when I hit the ground, health is set to 0.0; onplayerdeath is called; but the player doesn't die :S
he stays alive, and his health bar looks like it's empty

weird ...

Hm, can't understand this.
Just testet it and saw the same like in 0.3a, 0.2.x and all the other versions.
I fall down, can open the parachute, when I fall down I die

Completely normal

I got the same problem like fallout already in 0.3a,
but couldnt find out, how its triggered...

This bug is not only for parachute, every time, with gun, fall, with /kill. I found the same problem.

Does this happen just on one server or all of them?

I think.... only in mine, i've not play in another server yet.

PS: Sorry for my english

EDIT: I have play in 3 different server with the R2 but the death is normally. It do it only on my server

The player in that video hit F4 to return to class selection after his death.
The Server he played had no class-selection as it looks.(see here https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=170550)

There are any arror on my GM? Its a SACG, i tested with 0.3a R8, 0.3b RC2 , 0.3b RC3 and 0.3b R2.
It work on the first three, but with the R2 it not Work.

To fix the bug where the player can still walk around just set the players health to 100 in OnPlayerDeath
