Maybe, developers thought, that dirt won't sync on the cars, and decided to replace this texture to "empty". But in version 1.0, dirt puts over with max brightness, not with bright maximize as in version 1.1, therefore it will looks identically. Users can replace texture with empty or keep it themselves. Blocking vehicle.txd, they disallowed players to import new car lights, car windows, scratches, tires, rudders, car numbers etc.

SA:MP never supported and will NEVER support ANY mods, case closed, change record.

OMG! Stop complaining about these locked textures! It's really beginning to piss me and many other people off. Your all just whining because you can't do one thing. They won't change it, at least not for awhile so leave it alone!

They officially never supported mods, but they do work.
I had mods, uninstalled them. Big deal, not like it's gonna ruin the gameplay.
Though, all that are not happy about this, can stick to 0.3a.
