Mysql house error - Wrath2k10 - 23.08.2010

Gives me the following thingy

But the icon's won't show up but my user system(mysql too) works

Any suggestion?

I replaced the code you gave me with the 1 had, but still no pickup over there (I am 100% sure i am at the right position)

And what does MySQL debug says? Does it actually load anything?
