how much is the max of speed on cars on km/h? and how much on motorbikes?

I thought there were some limits for each vehicle stated in handling.cfg in the data (?) folder in the GTA SA directory.

i want to know the max km/h of the fastest car and bike. not from any car seperate.

200-260 I think.

max vehicle 210, it's infernus
but if a car falls vertically, speed can exceed 210
max airplane 255
