Check your chasecopsandrobbers.pwn file and compile.

Basically, go into your 'gamemodes' folder. Do you see one file or two files? If the .amx isn't created when compiling, there is something wrong with your script.

I kind of doubt it was way to complex and that it's basic shit, you're just too high to admit it.
