You're clueless. A "hacker" with a clientside modification is unable to change their virtual world, they can change their interior ID though.

I don't know if the virtualworld exists in the SA or only in SA-MP. But the interior id can be changed.

I use it for scripting purposes. They cannot ban me for modifying GTA on my own server/single player.
