Linux - Mike Garber - 21.08.2010

After i updated my server package to 0.3b, compiled with 0.3b includes, the
server crashes when It tries to access scriptfiles.

Why is this? :S I uploaded the package twice, with Filezilla then WinSCP to see If there was a problem.
I manage the server exactly like i did for 0.3a, so there shouldn't be any problems.

Before you do anything, you should first check your scriptfile directories and their permissions / ownership. Don't forget that Linux is case sensitive

LOL i know Linux is case sensitive, it shouldn't be any problem though since I didn't change anything anywhere, just updated server package and re-compiled the script...

Do you have any filterscripts? If so, try recompiling them or disabling them.
Do you have any plugins? Try disabling them - this could be the cause of your error aswell.

The problem has re-occured even with the updated streamer. But now this is after nearly a day after I start the server. (Happend two days in a row)

Are the files properly chmodded and chowned ?
