Is it possible to use a no-ip IP? -

Is it possible to use a no-ip IP? Like XXXXX.no-ip.biz. It worked for other kinds of game servers but will it work for a samp server? Since i dont got a static ip.And since my ip just randomly changed for no reason.

That's exactly what I was wondering, I remember using one for a Runescape private server.

Yes it works in sa-mp but it doesn't function well in the 0.3a version, this is fixed in the 0.3b version which will be released soon though.

0.3a doesn't store hostnames, but IP adresses in favourites. So when IP changes, server is unavilable. In 0.3b it stores hostnames; when you add "aaa.something.com:6666" and IP changes, server will still show up.

You installed that program which automatically resolves your IP to XXX.no-rp.org, yes? So when player adds XXX.no-rp.org in the client it will show up your server info. When your IP changes, that program you isntalled updates IP to XXX.no-rp.org and end user will still see your server info in the client.
In earlier versions, when you added XXX.no-rp.org, it automatically got IP from it (like 123.123.123.123) and saved it. When your IP changed, client still had 123.123.123.123 in it, but your IP was 321.321.321.321, so server info didn't show up, but you needed to re-add new IP. With 0.3b this is fixed since hostnames are saved in client.
