0.3a No Plugins - GooMan - 20.08.2010

My SA-MP 0.3a server loads a new installation, since no more plugins .. Rights set. server.cfg is correct. When sa-mp.de could not help it.

Is your host OS Linux or Windows?
Make sure you have the correct file. (.so/.dll)
