Is it impossible to find a good server to play...? Ive played about 10 different Roleplay servers, and it gets worse each time. I finally find a good server, and start scripting for them, now i get demoted for no reason. Is it possible to find a good samp server that doesnt just waste your time...?

It just depends on the community I would say.
If you make friends there, and you like to hang out with them, you would probably stay.
But some server communities can be big jack asses (not going to say who), and will do bad stuff to you.

Alright, my ex server was pretty much the best ive been on. I was cool with every player, all of them loved me, yet the owner says i abused my rights by unbanning people who were unrightfully banned. Oh wells, i got demoted and he lost his community, its a lose lose situtation, haha

Sounds like somebody is immature, Makes me glad I don't hire random people onto my staff team.

If someone is banned for a valid reason, and you're unbanning them, that's not only biased and it's clear abuse of power. It's easy to come by a small, fun and entertaining server, though people like you will probably never find a server that ACCEPTS power-hungry failures of a scripter.

Its not abuse if a new admin bans someone for having a loud tone? I simply asked a question, didnt open a thread to recieve flame. Im not power hungry nor a failure as a scripter.

Besides the point of admin abuse, people dont understand what it is to have respect and loyalty for their community. Its hard to find a server that will 'trust' you and keep you , because most of the time, if they see you are better than themselves, they give you the boot.

When people come to my server, saying they can script ect, i just make them turn away, because thats not how you get into a good community. Some people will just be like "OMG HE CAN SCRIPT We can have an amazing script and not use GF anymore !!! OMG!!" then you dont give them the results they want, and fast so they get rid of you. some server owners are really noobish and thats why.

CONCLUSION: You cannot start right away in a server as admin/scripter. I think that you must build trust with the community, and IMO, if you start big (get auto admin/scripter status) the server isnt worth your while.

It's not admin abuse if the server has a rule where you must respect all administrators, i'm pretty sure the server you were scripting for had that rule. You have a terrible tone, because I saw you previous discussion threads where your flaming and your attitude took place, for small reasons. Also, that's pretty much "failing" as a scripter because according to your signature picture:

Using a SA:MP function and knowing the SA:MP functions don't make you a PAWN scripter btw.

Correct. If you want to be a PAWN scripter you mustn't only know the basic but you must understand the most advanced functions. If you know about 90% out of 100% then only you can count you as a PAWN scripter. I am not a PAWN Scripter but I am just normal scripter that scripting SA-MP features and Visual Basic. But I can 100% say that I am a mapper. I am skilled at this.
