cant keep skin - cruising - 17.08.2010

Hello!

Why do i not keep my skin after death when others se the same skin i hade after i died?
i mean, if you have skin 10 and you dies, you get skin 60 efter death everytime and not skin 10 again, but other players see you as skin 10...why?
