How to get on hosted list? - Girit - 17.08.2010

I started a community, trying to get members and other communities to merge, I want to get a huge player base, eventually 300-400 people on at all times, we have a great script but how should we advertise? Can anyone recommend this. How do I get on hosted?

Hosted is done through serverFFS.

There are a few ways you could advertise.

Create an attractive sa-mp advertisement.
Create a nice looking video showing interesting stuff from your server.
Put your server information and website in your signature.

You should at least have a good few players before you even start your community. If your server is a GF edit, that can be extremely difficult. Players usually look for features which so other server/script has.

We have a good script, we just need members. We have 4 admins, and about 9 regular players.

Well why i dont like hosted list is because now everyone using it there is 100+ servers in the list in 0.2 it was like 10-20 on hosted list and 10 official list

I think picking up hosted list will not help you get players

Yeh, it's getting harder to get players from the hosted list because of the amount of people that use it now.
