I dont know why it happens, it happens when i spawn, cant be because of mods because i reinstalled gta and its still there.

Had same problem before, it seemed to fix itself in few weeks. I can only tell you to check samp.exe's properties and look at compatibility, check 'Run as administrator' and try again, or check with what OS you're running the samp.exe... not sure if it helps, might be completely unrelated.
I hope your problem gets fixed.

im getting this Error as well, i used to be able to play samp 1,2, but not this version (0.3a), Running Windows Vista Home Premium if it helps.

I got something similar, when I was accidentally set some wrong spawn coords in my script.
Tried other servers?

Wait for 0.3b RC, they said they'd fixed a lot of crashes.
