Basically I try to run the Compiler in pawno and it never works. I always get the same error, please help!

Did you install .NET Framework version xx.xx ?

Some options I might think off:
Reinstalling SA-MP server pack (or at least the pawno files/directory)
Press F5 instead

Have you got this problem as well when you're compiling a blank script? (File > New > Compile by F5)

actually, I can compile empty scripts.. lile.. File---> New.. I don't know why I can't compile the other ones.

Well it does, im using it on my laptop (windows 7 32bit) and on my home pc (windows 7 64bit) and im running pawno without any problems. Try disabling UAC like Tony said. Maybe thats the solution (or try downloading pawno again)

Anyways do you have the latest Microsoft .NET Framework (latest version) ? check that too
