What is this script
This script talks about pm but with dialog
Features
who download script get two Features
*1. can set (player can't pm his self)
**2.can set (player can pm his self)
ways to start
*1.remove // from lines 24-25-28
**2. do not do anything
download
click me
click me if you want it with text and dialogs
I test it in two ways with my self ok not tested for other

Nice job,but would be a little useless if they will be lets say 40 people online? Will be hard scrolling all the names :P
I suggest to also add a command for convenience,but still nice.

Quite a waste of memory and all in all, it takes as long as writing the command.
Don't take it harsh, I am just questioning it a little, maybe you might explain it to me?

ok it's easy install it
1. go to server.cfg add in line filterscripts the "script file name"
2. open samp-server
3. join to server
4. send message by click player from tap menu
5. or use command /pm "id" "message"
6. if you want to set player can't use command with his self remove // from lines starts OnPlayerCommandText to script end if you don't want don't to any thing
