Server Problem - piotrusz10 - 12.08.2010

i did everything i opened my ports i even used a port checker it said port open but it said cannot read router ping but at leats my port was open, so i turned on my server but its not in the internet list. i also used the server checker and i checked it and it said:

Is server online No
Is server in the internet list No
is server in hosted list No


SO please help me is there anything i can do to make it work my announce=1 my ports are open what else is missing?
