Hi,
It seems that file.inc is not included in SA-MP's 0.3a windows server package, i've searched in the forum and, the "file" word is used too much and I just get matches like ".inc file" or something like that.

Anyone has the download link?

Re-download the SA-MP server package? Well, I downloaded it some minutes ago so I strongly doubt that the include will be magically added if I download it back
