Esse erro significa que vocк nao tem a include <utils>...vocк deve ter apagado da pasta ou algo parecido pois ela ja vem na pasta do seu server!!
Pesquise no ****** algo como...includes samp. Entao baixe elas e va na pasta do seu server e depois em pawno e logo em seguida em includes entao coloque elas lб e pronto ..sу compilar =D

ela esta la n entendo pq ta dizendo q n esta.sera q tem como mandar o pawno pelo menos? o meu deve tar com problema
