It doesen't open, and it give's me that error .

upgrade to 0.3b
its because virusscan thinks (and maybe is right) trojan is in sa-mp

Simple..Some times downloaded file can be considered dangerous by anti-viruses..put the samp client to anti-virus exeption list and it will run properly.
