{Would Like Help} Mechanic Job - asdfghjk - 02.08.2010

I am fairly new to scripting and have been working on my own RPG game mode. I have been looking all over and can't figure out how to do this. I already have the tow trucks for mechanic only. I have also got a /tow command, and a /repairmyvehicle working for the mechanics. What i am having trouble with is making a command to send a repair request to another player and have them reply back if they want to have their vehicle repaired or not. So can anyone help me out or point me in the right direction? Thanks Everyone.
