so aaam i was wondering if someone could tell me how to make a GM with 53 cars and i want to know how to make a faction system and aaaam then i want some stunts placed on san andres... how i do that?? and aam.. well.. then i want make a hotel system and a car license system and then i want cats running around the map

No, actually nobody has to tell you anything! With an attitude like that, you aren't getting any help at all. I will refer you to one (1) thing, the SA:MP Wiki. You can use that website for just about anything concerning SA:MP, that includes the Pawn language functions, etc.
