Need help On a Picture - DragonBlaster50 - 30.07.2010

(I know this is my 2nd topic lol.)

Hi guys, i need your help. I have an image witch should be click-able, bringing you to a forum.

How can i "Merge" those so you can click on the Image and it will redict you?
