Connection Rejection - jonrb - 29.07.2010
Is there any way to make a server reject a connection? So that they can't see the server as online and if that somebody tries to connect it just says:
Connecting to [ip]...
Retrying...
for ever? (Don't say "Firewall block them")

Ban them in your firewall.

Why are you reluctant to firewall ban? That's the only way as far as I'm aware.
