Program for edit - Mr.Ilusion - 28.07.2010

Hello guys, i have a problem with notepad/wordpad editing:
I have my godfather edit and users directory, the passwords from users are coded, and i don't know what program to use to work password for users.
When i edit an .ini file form users, the password from that user dosen't work.
Help please .

get Microsoft visual c++

[EDIT] Srry you can open .inc files i dont know .ini....
(read it wrong)
