the entire map is sized from -3000,-3000 (bottom left corner, mount chiliad), up to 3000,3000 (top right LV, at KACC military fuels).
the middle of the map is @ 0,0 (blueberry acres), so i assume you need the coordinates of the LV bottom left corner like the end of the runway of SF-airport. if you teleport you to position -1000,600,0 then youll be placed in the ocean. drawing a square from -1000,600 up to 3000,3000 is the pretty close to the size of LV inclusive the desert, but then youll need to estimate the zone for bayside...
