dynamic IP=>DNS redirector - marine - 27.07.2010

I have a dynamic IP and my router is turned off each day. So it gets a new IP everyday. Anyway, I signed up with no-ip.org figuring it could redirect each IP to the server. however, once i downloaded the program to update it, it does not work. i used the masterlist connection checker and its saying its offline. am I doing something wrong? the ports are open and people are able to connect if i give out the plain IP.

This isnt support for no-ip.org, Also i didnt no they had a "application" to use, I though you just added a new IP each time off website itself.

I didn't say it was. I was just wondering if anyone else has got this to work and get help with it if they have. And yes, they have an application you run that updates your ip to the redirector should it change.

their program auto updates the host DNS, when it finds an ip change on the computer. its easier because it does it, itself
