i would suggest 3X2GB RAM DDR3 insted of 8GB DDR2

The second one is worse
"PROCESSOR Intel® Core™ 2 Duo SU9400 (1.4GHz/800MHz FSB/3M L2 Cache) " - That wont run GTA IV
"MEMORY 2GB Dual Channel DDR3 SDRAM at 800MHz" - Might, but should at least have 4 GB.

The processors kinda weak, you should get at least an i3, they cost like ~$170CAD now that the Core series has been discontinued.

I don't get you guys, you choose sh*t processors, and place over 6gb of memory, 4gb it is enough and you should go for the DDR3. You should use over 6gb if you have really heavy programs that you work on, also to take performance from the 6gb you should have a high end processor.
